This policy governs all applications, enrollments, and course fee payments made to London Aesthetics U.K. Training Institute (“London Aesthetics UK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application or enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.
A non-refundable application fee of PKR 10,000 is required to process every application for admission.
Once an applicant is accepted and pays the separate course fee, refund requests are handled per the schedule below. Refunds apply only to the course fee — the application fee is excluded from any refund (see Section 1). Eligibility is based on the number of days between the date a written refund request is received and the confirmed course start date.

15–29 days before course start

7–14 days before course start

Less than 7 days before course start

Regardless of the applicable tier, London Aesthetics UK incurs fixed costs once a seat is confirmed. The following non-recoverable costs — where already incurred at the time of the refund request — will be deducted from any refundable amount before disbursement:
Where these costs meet or exceed the refundable amount under the applicable tier, no cash refund will be due.
No refund, in whole or in part, will be issued in the following situations:
Students unable to attend their scheduled course may request to reschedule to a future available batch, subject to seat availability, instead of requesting a refund. Rescheduling requests are evaluated case-by-case and must be submitted in writing.
If London Aesthetics UK cancels a course date due to circumstances within its control (e.g., insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability), affected students will be offered a full refund of the course fee or a transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost. This does not apply to cancellations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), in which case rescheduling only will be offered.

Requests should be submitted in writing to Info@londonaestheticsuk.com. Requests will be acknowledged within 7 business days, and eligible refunds processed within 10 business days of approval.

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated at the discretion of London Aesthetics U.K. Training Institute. The version in effect at the time of application governs that application.
